Family-Based Petitions

U Visas
If you were the victim of a crime you may be eligible to apply for a U Visa. We help get certifications for U Visas, apply for the Visa, as well as any relevant waivers.
Adjustment of Status
If you have an approved visa petition, you may be eligible to apply for adjustment of status, which is the process of getting your green card without leaving the United States.
Affirmative Asylum (Outside of immigration court)
If you are not in removal proceedings and have a fear of returning to your country, I may be able to help file your asylum application and represent you in your asylum interview.
Special Immigrant Juvenile Visas
If you are under the age of twenty-one, you may be eligible for a special immigrant juvenile visa which can eventually lead to a green card. This process involves bringing a family or juvenile law case in county court and then applying for the visa with USCIS.
